We started making homemade flour tortillas in January of 2010.
Our tortillas are made with the same love as our
bread - from scratch and cooked by hand on a comal!!!
When we began making tortillas, we were pressing one tortilla
at a time on a very simple electric press and then cooking them on a comal.
Very time consuming when you are trying to make 800 tortillas!!!
We soon purchased a bigger press that could press two
tortillas at a time. What a time saver!!!
We have been very blessed!!

Just had to write to say THANK YOU!!!!! My husband found your tortillas at Winco in Meridian today and made us steak fajitas....and they were AWESOME!!!! I have been looking for good, fresh, pliable, tasty tortillas...and my husband found them!
I have only been able to get those chewy, rubbery, tortillas that ripped when making fajitas, even if I heated them.
I will NEVER buy those corporate, mass produced tortillas EVER again!
Thanks again for such AWESOME tortillas! They held up beautifully and were tasty and FRESH!

TORTILLAS HEAVEN IN BOISE!!!
Holy Cow...my life has been so enriched by finding your tortillas here in Boise at WinCo. They are soooo stinkin good. My fabulous wife will periodically make some homemade tortillas, while they are very good we both think Rodriguez's are superior.
Anyway, I'm so excited about many new cooking possibilities from your simple gourmet product. My only fear is when I tell everyone in Boise they will sell out fast and your #1 fan will be crushed when he can't find them.
